The breakfast alone was legendary, with fresh-squeezed orange juice and a huge selection. I was also surprised by the quality of the rooms. They had all the necessary amenities, and each one had a spacious private balcony. I stayed here for an event in Benidorm and ran into several complications during the trip, including multiple rebookings that meant I couldn’t stay the nights I’d originally booked. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, and sorted everything out without charging me, even though they were well within their rights to do so. They’re true hosts who want what’s best for their customers. More hotels and owners should be like this. Well-deserved five stars!

The staff are superb, friendly and attentive, and we love staying here. This was our third visit to The Castle. Our no-frills room was superb and spotlessly clean, as usual. The continental breakfast is included in the price, and you can eat as much as you like. Parking nearby is also an option. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the seafront and Tapas Alley in the old town, and nice and quiet at night. We highly recommend it.

If you stay here, Maria will look after you. She’s the best, so tell her Jan says “hi.” The rooms are nice and quiet, with everything you need. Breakfast is a good continental spread brought to you, and you can eat as much as you like. There’s coffee and tea available all the time, plus freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. Try the toasted croissants. This hotel is a real gem, better than anyone can say about it.

Meeting Maria was the highlight of our stay. She was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed, and we’ll definitely come back as soon as we can. Hotel Castillo is fantastic: immaculately clean, with a wonderful breakfast and everything else we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet despite being right in the town centre. The location was perfect for the Old Town, and just a short taxi ride from Benidorm Palace, which was why we came. It was our first visit, and we weren’t disappointed. We can’t recommend it enough!

We’ve been coming to Benidorm for over 40 years, and Hotel Castillo is a real gem. The breakfast is outstanding, with fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and warm croissants. There’s complimentary tea, coffee and delicious cupcakes available throughout the day, too. The cleanliness is exceptional. Almudena cleans the rooms meticulously, fresh towels are supplied daily, and the whole hotel is kept to a very high standard. The staff, especially Emilio and Maria, are exemplary professionals who take pride in their work. They go out of their way to meet guests’ needs, from providing hair dryers and ironing boards to complimentary bottles of water. We’ll definitely choose Hotel Castillo again. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!
