Hotel El Palmeral

We had a great experience and will be coming back. The beach is just five minutes away, and the rooms were clean. Reception was great too: they spoke English and were very helpful when we asked about restaurants nearby.

The one thing I couldn’t understand was the lack of a minibar. In this climate, it would be so useful for medication or just keeping water cold at night. Apart from that, the hotel has everything for a perfect stay, and ours was very pleasant. The rooms are medium-sized and have good air conditioning. The pool is adequate, with a very nice bar, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast, and everything available was very good and tasty. We also used the paid car park we had booked, which was nice.

We were driving from the north to the south of Spain, and this was the hotel we liked best in Benidorm, even though it’s three stars. We were more satisfied here than at the four-star hotel 1.2 km away. The staff were attentive and spoke gently. If the hotel invested in a few things in the rooms, it could become a four-star place. Our room was a little old but clean. Room 205 was in a private corner, with a balcony looking out to the sea, and it was quiet at night. Breakfast wasn’t too noisy either. My favourite part was the 100% fresh squeezed orange juice. I’ll definitely come back in mid-autumn 2025. Thank you to everyone for your kind service. Best regards, Jane Tran and family

We visited in June and loved this simple hotel. It’s close to the beach and in a quiet part of Benidorm. We parked for free on the street, and there was always a space in the evening.
