Hotel Servigroup Castilla

The pool was clean and well kept, with a relaxed feel and a pool bar offering a great choice of drinks. Inside, the hotel was just as lovely, stylish and warm. I had a wonderful three nights as a solo traveller, and would happily return next year. From the moment I arrived, the welcome made me feel safe, relaxed and at home. Every staff member I met was kind, attentive and ready to help. There was a real family feeling here. My room was spotless, fresh and peaceful, with lovely decor and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in keeping everything immaculate. The food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented, with plenty of variety at breakfast and dinner. The coffee was amazing, some of the best I've had abroad.

There were plenty of sunbeds, and the hotel was well maintained. Meals had a good range of options, and the food was hot and topped up quickly. Check-in was warm and really friendly, and the team looked after us throughout. I'd have preferred breakfast to run until 10:30 instead of 10, though that's just my personal preference after a late night. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks for a great break.

Mum and I had a lovely week. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner was delicious. Thanks to Jacqui for her help. There was so much choice at dinner that I wish we'd eaten at the hotel more often instead of going out to the strip. If we visit again, and there's a very good chance we will, we may book through the website. Thanks for making it such a nice holiday.

The hotel is in a quiet spot with supermarkets nearby, though it's not the place to choose if you want to be right on the seafront. We had blackout persiana blinds, which were a real help. Most guests seemed to be baby boomers, with a few people aged 30-50 and no children. It's not officially adults-only, but the hotel notes there are few, if any, facilities for children. That made things restful, especially at mealtimes. I understand around 80% of guests return, and can see why. We hope to be back next year. It was a real find: a small hotel with a heated pool that was never full, and I was often in it alone. There were plenty of sunbeds, so no rush to claim one with a towel. We were full board and the food was excellent. Restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful, reception was very good, particularly the manager (?) Jackie, and our room maid did a great job. The room was cleaned early every day, which I'd never known before.
