The rooms are a good size, with well-proportioned bathrooms, a hairdryer, and a safe. They’re cleaned daily, and housekeeping is exceptional throughout. There’s no tea or coffee setup, though there are plenty of outlets if you bring a kettle. Free WiFi works well. The buffet meals are good, with breakfast leaning continental. Reception and shared areas feel light and airy, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Though it’s rated two stars, it offers more than that suggests and welcomes guests of all nationalities, despite mainly catering to the Spanish market. The road outside is noisy, but the double glazing helps and balcony rooms have a good view. The entrance stairs are steep, though there’s a stair lift. I wouldn’t recommend it for a wheelchair user. A great base in Benidorm old town.

The room smelled strongly of bleach, had visible mold, and the shower wouldn’t drain. When I told reception about the smell, the receptionist said they use a lot of cleaning chemicals to cover odors from drunk guests sweating and vomiting in the rooms. He said every room was the same. When I mentioned leaving a review, he said he didn’t care because there were plenty of good reviews and nobody would pay attention to mine. The photos are from room 605. It might be slightly better than sleeping outside, but I’m not sure you’d wake up healthy. Not recommended.

Right in a very good spot 😃 The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are well laid out, with a hairdryer and room safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Benidorm old town.

The hotel is ideally placed if you enjoy Benidorm old Town, browsing the shops, and having evening wine and tapas after a day walking to Poniente. Rooms are cleaned each day, the staff are lovely, and the price is amazing.

My friend and I booked three nights, and the staff were really friendly. On my birthday we went out in the morning, then came back to find sweets on the bed with birthday wishes from the hotel. Such a cute surprise. Thanks, Hotel International.
