The apartment was spacious and in a lovely spot overlooking a park, with shops and other essentials close by. There were bins just outside for recycling. We found some plates and cutlery, but not quite enough, so we bought a few more and left them for the next guests. Finding out where to check in was difficult. It was at a nearby hotel up a very steep hill, and the reception queue took 30 minutes. A sign on the building might help; we only learned the details from earlier reviews. We were told the deposit would usually be returned after an inspection at checkout. Because we had an early flight, we were first told to arrange that the day before, but that turned out to be wrong. No staff were expected when we checked out, so we had to leave trusting that the £450 would be refunded after the inspection. We had to go back to the hotel several times about the faulty WiFi, a washing machine door that got stuck, and faulty air conditioning. It would help to have a simpler way to contact reception.

The rooms were big, the beds were amazing, and everything was very clean. We had full use of crystal park hotel, and there was parking outside. The apartment had a washer, dishwasher, full-size oven, and fridge freezer. Great location for the tram, buses, and beach.

It’s close to the old town and about a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the apartment was very spacious. Still, it badly needs updating. The hotel’s kids pool was barely a pool, mostly just a slide. Fine for a budget break, but I wouldn’t return.

The apartments are very good and spacious, just around the corner from the Crystal Park Hotel, where you need to check in and get taken to the apartment. We weren’t told that beforehand and struggled to work out where to go. Luckily someone we met helped us. It was after 11:30 pm, so we might still have been searching otherwise. This needs to be explained clearly before arrival.

The apartments were lovely. We were self-catering and upgraded to all-inclusive, but never got room cleaning, which I would have expected with all-inclusive.
