Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa – 4**** Superior

The location was great and we liked the hotel, but the food was a real disappointment for us. We paid for full board and hardly ate there because most of the dishes were fish, which neither of us eats. Honestly, I think families with children could struggle with the food too. Still, it was a nice hotel.

The rooms and pool area were lovely, and I was there with my sister last week. The main letdown was the food, which was cold. A few people who stayed here last year told us they had noticed a change in the food this year as well. I've been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 years.

We asked for a low floor and got the second, so thanks for that. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was nice, with good food at the pool bar. The location worked really well, close to the beach and everything else. The buffet food could be better. There was building work going on, but it didn't bother us much.

The staff were friendly, and the spacious rooms were very clean. We also liked the pool and the food there. It's very well located, near both the beach and the strip. Some building work was going on, but there wasn't much noise. I'd definitely stay here again.
