Port Fiesta Park Hotel

We were surprised such a good hotel only has 3*. The food was delicious and had a lot of variety, and the staff were friendly and very professional. Rooms and public areas were spotless, with well-equipped rooms regularly cleaned and maintained. WiFi is good throughout the hotel, even in the rooms, and the location makes it easy and quick to get to the beach. We're very satisfied with the service.

We had a great stay, with good food and enough variety to suit different tastes. The hotel and staff were amazing, and everything was neatly organised. It’s well located, about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and old town promenade. The only drawbacks were the noise from slamming doors and thin walls, plus no kettle or mini fridge in the rooms.

Breakfast was satisfying, with a full cooked option as well as fruit, pastries and cereals. Juices and hot drinks were ready to take, and staff cleared tables quickly. The front desk team were friendly, helpful with check-in and happy to provide information. Our room was clean and modern, with a walk-in shower, the usual suite, toiletries and a hair dryer. A perfect stay, and a big thank you to everyone. 😀👍

The location made it easy to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, and the hotel is almost in the center of Benidorm. Breakfast had a decent range, although the basement dining room felt gloomy. There's also a pool, which was a nice bonus. The rooms were fairly spacious, and some had a small balcony. It seemed geared more toward older couples: all the beds were separate, and many guests were elderly. There was music at a downstairs party in the evening, fairly loud but not a major problem since it ended by 11 PM.
