The staff helped us get some belongings back after we accidentally left them behind, and the service was excellent again. We first came to Hotel Presidente last year for my son’s 18th birthday, then returned in April for his 19th. We won't stay anywhere else in Benidorm. The room was excellent, the food was great, and the hotel felt clean, relaxed and well run. My son has disabilities, and travelling with him alone can be challenging. Everyone, from reception and the restaurant to the bar and club downstairs, treated him with kindness, patience and respect. They spoke directly to him and helped him feel welcome, safe and valued every day. One staff member gave him the time and encouragement to order drinks in Spanish. It was a huge moment for him and gave him real confidence and independence on holiday. As his parent, seeing that meant so much to me. A truly special hotel with wonderful people.

The food was nice, the drinks were cheap, and it's a lovely hotel close to all the bars. My partner is 28 and I'm 26, though, and we both felt really young here. Most of the guests seemed to be somewhere around 40 to 60.

Service was great, and we liked the lobby and restaurants. The basic room really was very basic, so we should have upgraded to premium. It was okay for one night, but we had no desire to walk around the graffiti-covered concrete area nearby. We wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were all so polite and helpful. It's a lovely hotel, close enough to all the entertainment, and we'd definitely stay again.

The New Year’s Eve gala and entertainment were the best I've ever experienced. Everything the hotel put on that night felt carefully planned, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The food was stunning, too, and every member of staff treated us like royalty. They should be really proud of how well they delivered such a spectacular evening. I'd already booked to come back next New Year. I moved to Hotel Presidente after five awful days at Gold Arcos with no hot water, and it was the best decision I could have made. I love this hotel. I've still got two days left and really don't want to go home. A huge thank you to everyone there!
