Rinconada Real Bungalows

A great holiday home with all the facilities, including three pools and a tennis court. It's a 10-minute walk to Levante beach and the strip, yet far enough away to stay really quiet at night. The gated community feels secure for kids.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, which is a good location. We were in apartment 79, with only twin beds, so I wouldn't recommend it for couples. It wasn't very clean: I found hair on the sheets and couldn't tell if they'd been washed, and the backyard table and chairs were really dirty. It feels like a 2-star place, so don't expect much. It might suit people around 16-23 who mainly want somewhere to party. We paid a €200 deposit for a very dated apartment, which felt like too much for how it looked.

A lot of renovation work seems to have been done over the past few years, and the place is now clean and bright. The complex is basically a group of houses with a pool, and it's very well located for exploring Benidorm. Accommodation standards vary depending on the individual owner.

There were seven of us but we only had two keys, and the washer didn't work. In apartment 190, the shower wasn't working either, and neither was the buzzer. The neighbours also had renovation work going on. I stayed last week and had the worst holiday I've ever had. I'm never staying there again. I'd give it no stars if I could, but one is the lowest option.
