Sandos Benidorm Suites

The pool is clean, but very, very cold in October. I've been here three times and always found all the staff friendly. The rooms are great, clean and spacious, with a pool view. The restaurant is clean and laid out well, with a wide-ranging buffet of dishes from around the world as well as Spanish food. The beach is an easy short walk down the hill, though the climb back up is a bit much. Along the beachfront there are plenty of bars and places to eat. The nightlife is exciting and can be exotic, with something for everyone.

We went for New Year with friends and were pleasantly surprised by the weather. It was around 16 degrees and there was only one rainy day. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and the food was great. Drinks were fine, though only local ones were included for free. The rooms are suites with a seating area, bedroom, bathroom, and large balcony. The hotel sits at the top of a hill, so it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. We're thinking about going back in March.

We stayed at Benidorm Suites about two weeks ago and loved it. The hotel's atmosphere was fantastic, and we had a great time at the bar, with delicious cocktails, excellent coffee, and tasty snacks for our child. The bartender MATEUSZ was friendly and professional, and it was a real plus that he could speak Polish and Spanish while my husband could order easily in English. Great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

It's a great hotel for the money, and there's a bike room with most tools available. The hotel itself is just outside the main streets with restaurants and bars, about a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of shows in the afternoons and evenings, but I didn't watch any because I found them very noisy. The food court was a bit noisy too.
