The complex is in an excellent spot, with fantastic views from the higher floors, and it looks more modern than Sunset Wawes. But the construction quality is poor: things are already falling apart, and wind comes in through gaps around the windows and doors. The electronic key system is a whole separate disaster. Keep a regular key with you, because you could end up waiting outside for hours. A short stay is okay, around 5-6 days, preferably outside the season. Summer temperatures are very high.

It’s a clean, modern apartment in a lovely, quiet part of Benidorm if you’re here out of season. The beach at the Poniente end is lovely. The Old town is about a 20-minute walk away, and the New town takes around 40 minutes on foot. Buses are available too and are very cheap.
