Apartamentos Turisticos Terralta

We booked the hotel because it was close to the CycloCross World Cup, which we came to Benidorm to watch. It was excellent value and pretty quiet at that time of year. We had a B&B rate, with a good range of food. Our single and twin rooms both had little kitchens and plenty of space. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even though we arrived in the late morning, the rooms were ready. They also arranged a late checkout for our late flights. Several cyclists, including amateur teams, were staying there too, and keeping bikes in the room wasn't a problem. It's a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the old town, though the taxi back was about €8. We'll stay there again next time we're in Benidorm.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. When I needed to find bus stops, someone at reception printed a map and pointed me in the right direction. The place is spotless, and the fully fitted kitchen was great for making a late-night snack. The brochures don't really show how good it is. It had everything I needed. The main town is about a 10-minute walk downhill and 15 minutes on the way back uphill. I'd recommend the Terralta and will definitely return.

The rooms are big, and having a kitchen area was nice even though we didn't use it. The two single beds were awkward to push together, though, and that wasn't ideal. The shower over the bath was decent, and things were fairly clean. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice, and there are two. Food was good value and alright. The place is a little rough around the edges, but mostly what you'd expect. It's a bit of a walk to town, and uphill.

The complex is well placed away from the busy Benidorm Old Town, with a bus stop right outside and the Benidorm Metro about a 20-minute walk away. It's a very family-oriented place, and accessible for disabled visitors. The apartments were absolutely fantastic for a holiday. Every staff member we encountered was amazing, from reception and the chefs to the DJs, bar staff, waiters, cleaners, and plenty more.
