Villa Toston City

Richi was incredibly attentive to every detail, and the apartment was a comfortable place for our 15-day holiday. Recently renovated and modern, it has three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The location is excellent in Salamanca, and it works well for a trip with friends or family. I'd choose it again next time I visit.

Richi looked after us impeccably, and they even left coffee and pastries as a welcome treat. The recently renovated house was clean and comfortable throughout. It's an excellent spot, an easy walk from the town center. I'd happily recommend it to friends.

After I contacted the accommodation's owner and explained what had happened, she was unaware of the situation and was very pleasant and efficient. Within five minutes, we got the €230 Bizum payment, along with a threatening message from the other person mentioned. That's the end of the story. I'm sharing this because I think other potential guests should know about my experience with Villa Tostón in Salamanca. When I tried to cancel within the agreed dates, the €230 I'd paid wasn't refunded. Richy, the staff member, was challenging and rude when I asked for my money back. I consider the establishment's conduct deceptive and fraudulent, and feel obliged to warn others so they don't go through something similar.

A great spot for a big family or a small group of friends. The property is new, well equipped with everything you need, and has a very convenient city location. The owner is friendly and helpful. If you come by car, find nearby parking and leave it there until you go, since the center is only a short walk away. Highly recommended.
