We stayed one night with our two little kids, and the hosts were wonderful. We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem. The owner came out to meet us and show us around the hotel. You can feel the building’s age in every corner, which I loved. Breakfast was delicious, too. Berge is tiny but really cute. Thanks so much!

The Posada de Berge was fine for cleanliness, facilities, and service, but it felt very expensive for what it offers. Berge itself didn’t help: I found the village visually unappealing and rather run-down, and the locals seemed vulgar, almost arrogant. There wasn’t even a bar to sit and unwind in. The whole experience fell well short, and I came away feeling I’d paid Madrid prices for something that didn’t deserve them.

The breakfast was the standout for me, and I’d be surprised if it had any competition. It gets all the things a guest might care about right. The accommodation also offers excellent value in today’s market for anyone looking for a good quality-to-price ratio. Set in spectacular nature, it’s a great place to rest and get away from the noise and general unease of city life. It has everything you need for that kind of peace and quiet.
