Go Madrid Apartments by Olala Homes

We had a lovely one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in madrid, kept in great condition. The refrigerator came with a couple of beers and waters, plus toast and jam. Wi-Fi wasn’t listed with the amenities, so finding it there was a handy surprise. We’ll definitely use olala homes again on our next trip.

We rented a clean, well organized three bedroom, two bathroom apartment for three days, and the first impression was great. But after the first day, it smelled like sewage. That stink stayed the whole time. Management came after we called and poured soap or cleaner into the toilets. It helped for a while, then the smell returned, so there seems to be a sewer problem. The building’s main entrance also often doesn’t lock or close fully, leaving it open to anyone.

The apartment lock was broken, so we had to go to a hotel instead. Olala then refused to refund us for the night we couldn’t stay there. They couldn’t provide even basic service.
