At night and early in the morning, street noise can carry into the room, so light sleepers should be aware. The bathroom's glass wall instead of a fully separate one also left us with limited privacy, and breakfast could use more variety and better quality. Still, the staff were really friendly and helpful, which added a lot to our stay. This small pension is right in the heart of Bilbao, with attractions, restaurants, and public transport close by, making it a great base for exploring the city. It's a good choice for a short visit, though a few changes would improve it.

The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, and breakfast was good. The rooms have what you need for a short Bilbao visit: a bed, a toilet with shower, and a small desk.

It’s basically an Airbnb, with a great location, but it felt overpriced. There was a lot of noise from the busy streets outside and from other guests making tea and coffee in the kitchen shared between the rooms.

The host was lovely, and the service was really nice throughout our stay. Breakfast arrived on time and was delicious. We thought the place was lovely, but there was street noise when we wanted to sleep. They provide earplugs, which help a lot if you can manage wearing them. The 6 Dutch People 👌🏼

The shower was my only small complaint. The curtain wasn't very clean, and it clogged and flooded easily. Still, it was cheap, centrally located, and very reasonably priced, so I'd definitely stay again. Breakfast is included, though it's quite simple.
