The flies were awful, the whole house was infested. The place was also far too cramped for six people, and we simply didn't fit. There was a tiny, very old sofa, a small kitchen that was almost useless, and mattresses that sagged and felt incredibly uncomfortable. The shower's hot water tank could only manage two people. We stayed a few days, but the experience was mostly negative. I really wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

For 100 euros a night, I expected better than this tiny house. The living room and kitchen were maybe three square meters altogether, boxed in with no outside windows. The kitchen sits in the middle of the living room and has no extractor fan. Definitely not worth the price.

Getting to the house means taking about a kilometre of unpaved road, and recent rain had left some stretches in bad shape. Inside, though, it has all the amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, pellet stove, TV, and portable barbecue. It's a charming country house, and the owner is friendly and helpful in every way. There's also a wine cellar you can visit by appointment. We had a good stay and will be back.

There were so many flies in the house that I had to cover the kids' hot chocolate with a paper towel, otherwise flies got into the glass. The water heater was another problem: it lasted for only two showers, so this really isn't a house for six. The place felt old, shabby, and not suitable for rent. The Booking.com photos were completely unrealistic, and the furnishings were worn out, from the awful mattresses with springs digging into your back to the tiny, rickety kitchen. It felt like no money had been put into maintaining the old, vintage house. We were there with children, and it was a good thing they could play outside because we couldn't stay indoors. Apparently, with this being a rural house, anything goes when it comes to the flies.
