The village is picturesque and has lovely views and history to explore, so it's well worth a visit. The hotel itself is a great little find, with modern, well-furnished rooms that feel quite different from the quaint exterior and narrow lane leading in. Our room had every facility we could think of, the staff were great, and there are several shared recreation areas.

The Figuero wine was especially good, at €2.20 a glass, and the tapas were very good too. When the bar fills up, though, the noise bounces around and gets loud. There's a small lounge farther inside where it's quieter.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and there was a good range of breakfast food. The hotel was friendly and well run, and it was following the covid regulations in force at the time. There was adequate parking nearby. A very pleasant little hotel for a reasonable price.
