Easy arrival and departure, a great spot, and such beautiful interior design. We loved the apartment and only wished we could have stayed longer!

We were seven people and the place worked out perfectly for our short trip to Bilbao. There were a few small maintenance problems, but otherwise it was excellent. 9 out of 10.

We paid almost €200 for one night at this company’s Marzana apartment, and it was a horrible experience. The washing machine was full of dirty clothes, the dishwasher was flooded, food scraps were scattered around the kitchen, and the sofa and chairs looked as bad as the photos suggest. The owner knew about the apartment’s condition but was no help when we contacted her. She said that “because of her own policy,” she wouldn’t refund us for leaving a negative review on Booking.com. I don’t know why she’d expect a good review in those conditions. We slept in a pigsty. A RIP-OFF.

The apartment itself was very nice, but the neighborhood felt rough and I wouldn’t recommend it.
