Everything else was fine, and I'd recommend staying here if you don't mind a climb. It's up a hill, around a ten- fifteen minutes walk from the center, which was the only downside.

It's decent for a short visit, but I wouldn't rate it a 10. The rooms are small, and you hear quite a bit: neighbors snoring, other guests opening and shutting doors. The space looks bigger in the photos than it is, though it's not bad. Getting to the center meant lots of stairs. I think there's an elevator somewhere, but I couldn't find it, so I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone with limited mobility. Cleanliness gets a 6.5 out of 10 from me. It wasn't very dirty, but it needs more care and detail. The air freshener makes it smell nice on arrival, but the cleaning should be more thorough. The door mechanism could also be unreliable. It's not a major issue, but if you need the bathroom urgently, struggling to get in is a nightmare, haha. The bedroom door also rattled when other doors opened, and a draft came through. With more attention to those details, it could be a 10/10. As it is, I'd give it 6/10.

We felt at home and had a great stay, thank you. The room was clean and comfortable, with a functional bathroom, a useful clothes rack, and a refrigerator. I did miss a table, and in our case the inside door latch didn't close properly. Room service was available. To get to the Old Town, you can take the stairs connecting to Plaza de Unamuno, though we wouldn't recommend those at night. We used the bus instead. Lines 27, 38, and 48 get you downtown quickly and conveniently, but very early in the day they often run ahead of schedule, so don't count on the posted times.

I stayed for two nights at a very reasonable price and had nothing to complain about. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there was a shower bathroom in the room. A small refrigerator was there too, which is a nice touch in a place like this. I'd come back, so it gets all the stars from me.
