Everything was automated, so I didn't meet anyone. There was a hiccup when my room entry code failed, but it was fixed in about five minutes. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet in an excellent location. Good value for money.

The shared dining area worked brilliantly for our late-night takeaway dinner. Staff made everything clear and simple, and we could get what we needed without any hassle. Thank you.

Shops, cafes, and restaurants were all close by, as were bus stops and a metro station. I enjoyed my stay, and the room was a good size with all the facilities I wanted.

The window looked straight at a wall, which turned out to be great: pitch dark, completely quiet, and the deepest sleep. The room was spotless, and checking in by ourselves was so easy. Such a central spot too. We're coming back!

The beds were comfortable, the fan helped in warmer weather, and everything was very clean. There is no AC, though. For a few nights in Bilbao, the location and price were great. Customer service was also excellent, including help from their sister hotel just 200m away. My husband left his cell phone in a taxi in Seville, and our hotel manager, Fernando, arranged a private courier to deliver it straight to reception. We're so grateful to Fernando for that amazing help.
