The guy handling check-in was the only good part. We only stayed one night and couldn't wait to leave. The rooms were much too crowded, there was barely any separation between them, and it didn't feel safe. It did the job for a single night, but we could hardly sleep.

The hostel was comfortable, quiet, and clean, and I slept well. The showers were really spacious, and the kitchen was equipped. The owner was super kind and friendly, and it was great value for money. Right across from Gugghenheim museum!

The reception staff were really nice and helpful, and the location is wonderful. It's cheap, so you do get what you pay for, but I wouldn't stay again. Beds are packed three high in one room, with no privacy and everyone facing each other. It felt like the room in Squid Game. The hostel needs work to make it more comfortable, and the lockers don't have locks. At midnight, some guy was moaning and munching on the crispiest apple, which was wild. If you really need a cheap place for a night or two, this could work.

The location is perfect, and check-in and check-out were easy. Staff were helpful and gave us fresh bedding. There's a small kitchen with a fridge by the entrance, but towels aren't included in the price. The bathrooms were really dirty, especially the floors, and the place smelled unbelievably bad, with mold everywhere. You need to bring your own locks for the lockers, so I wouldn't feel safe leaving belongings there. I wouldn't recommend it for a woman traveling alone, even in a mixed-gender room. Better suited to a one-night stay, depending on what matters most to you.
