It's okay if all you want is somewhere to rest at night, but I wouldn't recommend going. The house is quite well equipped, though almost nothing works, despite it supposedly being controlled mostly by technology. Not a single thing works. The door opens using a link on a mobile phone and offers no security, and the street feels rather strange.

Could someone give me Xema's phone number? The number I have takes me to a booking center, and I don't know what I'm renting. Thanks.

Txema was attentive and helpful. The house is surprisingly well equipped and right in the heart of Bilbao city center.
