Getting in and out was simple with digital access, and the place was spotless. The soundproofing was good enough for a lovely night's sleep, even on busy days in the city. There's no air conditioning, but in Bilbao I found that practically unnecessary. The apartment's modern design is comfortable and practical, with excellent amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, new cookware, quality appliances, a Smart TV, and a genuinely comfortable bed. Every detail felt thought through. The location is another big plus, right across from the Guggenheim Museum, the Ensanche district, and some of Bilbao's best spots for eating and walking. Great for cultural visits, family trips, or work travel. Limehome Bilbao exceeded my expectations. It offers good value for money, and I'll definitely return.

It's a cozy, new apartment close to the city center. Coffee and tea are available, and entry is with a code sent at check-in. There's a dishwasher and washing machine in the common area.

We found the mattresses very comfortable, hot water came quickly, and the apartment had plenty of useful equipment: a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, and first-aid kit. I only missed having a brush and dustpan or a mop for cleaning up spills. The elevator is ridiculously small. One person and one suitcase barely fit, and we had to carry my daughter's stroller upstairs because it wouldn't go in. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, though when you have a problem, replies can take a while because there's nobody there and everything is handled through WhatsApp. The apartment itself is very small. We were two adults and two children, ages three and five, and after unfolding the sofa bed we couldn't all sit at the table together. We had to take turns in pairs because the table couldn't be moved away from the wall. With the window open all the way, it reaches the bed or sofa bed, so you could scrape yourself if you move a lot in your sleep. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans. We didn't use them since it was only hot on the first day. You can't really open the windows for fresh air, though, because people on the street can see you. The location is ideal for getting around. The Guggenheim Museum is a seven-minute walk away, and it's ten minutes to the airport bus stop. That's the bus's first stop, despite what they told us at the airport. I checked Google Maps just in time, or we almost got it wrong. In 15 minutes you can walk to the historic center over the Zubizuri Bridge, or continue along the estuary to City Hall, where you can get buses 03 or 30 to the Basilica of Begoña. Bus 72 for Etxebarria Park stops right across the street. The funicular entrance for the Artxanda viewpoint is a five-minute walk, and it runs about every 15 minutes. There are several places nearby for pintxos or a set menu. We ate at Haven several times and loved it, especially since it also has a playground with swings for children. In the funicular square there's an Eroski supermarket and small bars for drinks, plus another playground with swings. Novecento is on a parallel street. It had been recommended to us, but we couldn't try it because it was temporarily closed for a private event.

The apartment was tiny for four people, and without air conditioning it was too hot to sleep. It was on the first floor, the second floor in US/UK terms, and there was no elevator. One of our guests had a disability. The price was outrageous, especially compared with our friends' apartment at the ABBA Suites Bilbao, which had a washing machine, dishwasher, all the kitchen utensils needed, and, most importantly, air conditioning.
