Being right in the center made it easy to enjoy Bilbao. I also liked that the kitchen was a place to make coffee or food and chat with people. My room was simple, tidy, and nicely cleaned, and it gave me a comfortable spot to relax.

The price is excellent, and this hotel seems suitable for just about anyone. There aren't many staff members, though.

The location is decent, about two metro stops from the centre, but I really couldn't justify the cost. It was terribly expensive for what you get. The beds were awful and left me with back pain, with the springs nearly coming through. When it gets hot, there's no way to deal with it.

The bathroom was very dirty, and white towels were being used as bath mats. The room was unbearably hot with no AC. It was much too small for six beds, and there were outlets only by the lower beds. Two men live in the room and sleep almost completely naked; one of them is very rude. There were socks drying in the window. Someone in the room stole my power bank and phone charger. Worst hotel I've ever been in.

The price was okay, but the check-in process is really complicated. The room felt a little outdated, and the neighborhood was somewhat noisy.
