The room was tidy and had a heater, so I imagine it would be a good choice in winter. But with 40C° weather, not having a fan just doesn’t work. I wish Spanish and Portuguese hotels would put a 25€ fan in each room. For around 500€ total, they could be the best hotel in town.

The staff were pretty nice, but the fee really wasn’t worth it. The room was barely cleaned, there was no hairdryer, and the bed linen felt itchy and uncomfortable. I’d say this should be a €20-a-night hotel.

The price was especially good, and the staff were friendly. It’s a nice place within a short walk of Bilbao centre, with a spacious room and modern bathroom. There’s no AC, as mentioned, which could be an issue in summer. Otherwise, a great stay.

The rooms and hotel were clean and tidy, and the price was fair. We enjoyed our night enough to decide we’d come back when we next visit Bilbao. The lady at reception was so friendly and did everything she could to make guests comfortable. Thank you!
