Apartamentos Playa de Portio

The views from this beautiful area are exceptional. I stayed three nights, and the three young women running the mini-hotel seemed hardworking and extremely friendly, though I barely spoke with them. The place is quite basic. At €120 a night with breakfast, the breakfast was decent, though nothing special. Cleanliness was acceptable, but a few details could be better. My room was missing a small desk and a mini-fridge, and I'd think twice about returning without them. I'm not ruling it out, though.

It's a shame, given the fantastic location, but the apartments need a serious renovation and much more attention to detail. There was no shower gel or shampoo, cleaning supplies, napkins or paper towels, or even a basic tablecloth. You also won't find basics like oil and salt that other accommodations provide. The managers have been quite negligent.

This was our second stay in these apartments, and they still don't disappoint. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the views, accommodation and flexibility were all spectacular. Everyone on the staff provided great service, especially Vicky. Thanks so much for everything. We'll be back.

It's close to the sea, with clean surroundings, green meadows and mountains, and splendid sunsets. There's good food and a good place to rest here. Highly recommended.
