Pension Zorroza 1

The apartment was pleasant, with good lighting, modern decor, suitable furniture, air conditioning, motorized blinds, two televisions, and plenty of outlets. It was well cleaned, accessible for people with reduced mobility or strollers, and equipped with basic small appliances, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Check-in by code made arrival time flexible. The pedestrian area is quiet at night, with bars and shops nearby for everyday needs. The apartment was easy to find, but parking around there is difficult. I was lucky to get the only space available at the nearby sports center parking lot at the time.

Everything we needed was there, including a microwave, stove, washing machine, and air conditioning in both bedrooms. There was also a security camera outside. The location was very good, and we could park on the street. We spent two days in Bilbao, and everything was perfect.

I own one of the apartments, but have no connection to Bilbao Apartamentos Zorroza. People keep ringing my doorbell because reservations don’t clearly state that it’s a ground-floor apartment. I’m tired of it, and if you don’t improve the information you give customers, I’ll file a complaint with the city council.

The place is especially good for its quiet atmosphere. It’s close to all sorts of things, including the train station, bus stops, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and the municipal swimming pool. Bilbao city center is easy to get to as well. Highly recommended.
