The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was satisfying. We also really appreciated the housekeeping: the rooms were clean and the beds neatly made, with the housekeepers working quickly and thoroughly. The location is a strong point too, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.

A great base for exploring Bilbao, and we'd happily come back. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, and the front desk team were very helpful. Highly recommend.

This was our third stay, and once again they gave us room 606, just as we'd requested. On our first visit we'd found it especially quiet, which matters with the bus stop right outside and buses coming and going noisily. They remembered our request and assigned the same room each time. That's real attention to the customer. We'll be back.

We travelled with our dog, and they had a comfy dog bed, snacks, and bowls ready for us, which was lovely. Our room was new, very clean, and quiet. The hotel is right in the city center, so getting around was convenient. The service was the best, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The reception team were friendly and competent, and the room was modern and super clean. Breakfast was already a nice start to the day thanks to Andres, who was so friendly and kept the atmosphere upbeat each morning. One small suggestion: for guests staying several days, it might be worth asking whether they want daily room cleaning and fresh towels. I would've been fine using the same towels all four days.
