Verónica was great when a couple of small things came up, sorting them out quickly. The house is in a lovely spot near the beach, and having the pool just beyond the garden was a treat for both kids and adults. It could have been cleaner, and the bedrooms need blackout curtains. Morning light gets in early, which can make sleep hard if you're sensitive to it. Apart from that, we had a perfect stay.
The kids had such a fun time, and we did too. The beach is an easy walk away, so you can head there and come back for a swim. There’s a deeper section, a fuller section, and a little kids’ pool. Everything was clean and well looked after. We’d happily come back.
They cancelled my booking themselves, then said it wasn’t their fault. They still kept 70% of what I’d paid, more than €170. This is outrageous. They took my money and cancelled my reservation. Shame on them, they’re thieves!
We had everything we needed for a good family stay, including the kids. The kitchen was well equipped, there’s access to the pool, and the house is spacious and close to the beach.
The house was lovely, with lots of space, comfortable rooms and good furnishings. Its location was a big plus too.
