The pitches are a good size, and the campsite itself is nice, with pleasant staff. There isn't anything around, though. The beach wasn't very clean, probably because of the weather, and there's a nuclear power plant nearby. I wouldn't want to stay in high season, as it must get noisy.

The Magnolia bungalow was very basic and needs updating. It also wasn't really equipped for cooking for six, though that wouldn't stop me coming back. We enjoyed our early June 2023 stay and had a partial sea view. The location is lovely, right by the sea and easy to reach from the campground. The gardens are well kept, and the swimming pool feels like a park. The playgrounds are great for small children. The supermarket prices are very fair, and the restaurant serves decent food with a great view of the Mediterranean. If you want peace and quiet, I'd book weekdays before the season starts. Weekends fill up with families on short breaks.

Kampaoh, the part of the campsite where we stayed, was quite decent. The tents are spacious, and the team is nice. The rest of the site was disappointing, though. Some areas are neglected, and the toilets and showers aren't cleaned often enough.

The beach is beautiful, and the campsite staff are very helpful. The site is reasonably priced, but it gets packed with families. On several nights, a mix of flamenco-style and modern French music went on well past 1 am. If you want quiet, I wouldn't recommend coming in July or August. We don't want to repeat the experience.
