Breakfast was a real plus, with plenty of fresh choices and staff keeping everything topped up even when it got busy. Getting into the city was straightforward too, thanks to the transport links and convenient parking. The rooms are quiet, spacious, spotless, and well laid out, with comfortable beds. The hotel feels modern and well cared for, and the soundproofing made for a restful night. Staff were friendly and efficient from check-in through check-out, and happy to answer questions or offer useful suggestions without hovering. Spirit Hotel Gran Bilbao gave me a comfortable, reliable stay at a fair price. It’s a good fit for a city visit, a work trip, or a stopover, and I’d happily come back.

Carla and Catarina were wonderfully organized and professional. Caterina and Maria went out of their way to be kind, and Fran was patient and lovely to deal with. Armando was very nice too. Thanks, Asier, for everything! Madi was sweet, attentive to details, proactive, and really focused on guests. I also want to thank Irantzu for her warmth and care. Her lovely smile and approach make you want to return. Great work, keep it up! High quality service all around.

The buffet was really good, and the team running breakfast today were remarkable. I travel a lot, and I rarely see such efficiency, attention, and kindness in a large hotel. The location is decent though not ideal, and the facilities are fine. The parking area is especially convenient if you’re on a road trip.

We had a very large family room and a great breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel is in a great spot, with a bus stop right at the entrance that takes you to the center. We could also leave our car in the garage.

The reception team were friendly and helpful, and doing the online check-in ahead of time made arrival easy. The hotel was clean and well located near the Casco Viejo. Breakfast had a good range of options, and having a water dispenser on our floor was handy. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Bilbao.
