SUITE03 by STAYNN APARTMENTS

I’d booked the apartment for three nights over Christmas for my extended family. My mother was in hospital, so we couldn’t travel, and the customer service was useless. They didn’t reply to emails in English or Spanish, ignored my calls, and gave poor WhatsApp answers that I had to keep chasing. There was no refund or even a voucher for another date. With my mother in hospital, the situation was already difficult, and their lack of empathy made it worse. They also left the booking system as it was, so I still received automatic messages telling me to check in and asking me to check out. Expensive price for such cheap service.

We booked through Booking.com, but when we arrived the building entrance looked abandoned. The door had no glass panel and its lock was smashed; the mirror inside was broken, paint was coming off the walls, and the staircase looked like something from a horror film. We felt so uncomfortable that we didn’t even open the apartment door and went to a hotel instead. I called to ask what was going on, and they hung up on me.

We were so put off by the building that we left and stayed in a hotel. The entrance door was broken, the intercoms had been torn out, and the staircase was frightening. The neighborhood also didn’t feel safe to us, with lots of people dealing drugs in the street. We wouldn’t recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely read reviews before booking next time.

The whole stay was awful. The area felt a bit dangerous, unsafe, and dirty, and there were people sleeping in the doorway. The glass in the entrance door was broken, so anyone could get in without a key. Inside, the apartment itself wasn’t bad, but the bed was dirty and noise kept us awake all night. It was very hot, with no air conditioning. The listing said parking was free, but there was none when we arrived. It was all a green zone and we had to pay.
