Not a bad stay for the price, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The receptionist didn’t speak English when we arrived, but tried his best to explain things. Our room was good apart from the beds, which badly need replacing. The pool area looked nice, though we always went to the beach, so I can’t really judge the pool or animation.

Ines was the highlight of our holiday. She was professional, friendly and always ready to accommodate our needs, and made us feel at home. The other staff were approachable and helpful too. The hotel was clean, with a good-sized pool. Breakfast was plentiful but poor quality. The room was basic, with no fridge or kettle; you have to ask at reception for a hairdryer. The mattress was cheap and toiletries very minimal. Finding a bidet was a lovely surprise, a real treat!

We had a nice short stay and it was good value for the price. The hotel is well located, with a shop and bus station across the street and the beach about 10 minutes away. The pool area was lovely and cool on warm days, with plenty of loungers. Our room was okay, with TV, air conditioning and a beautiful balcony view, but the bathroom was less than desirable, the beds weren’t very comfortable and there was no hairdryer. It’s a three-star hotel, so don’t expect more. I went all-inclusive. The food was okay, with chips and pizza always available if you didn’t like the other options. You need a wristband for drinks, but nobody told me at check-in, so I missed out on drinks for most of my holiday. Make sure to ask for it. I paid €25 for late checkout and there was a mix-up due to translation. The staff were lovely, though, and let me check out late after I showed proof of purchase. I’d suggest arranging it on the day you check out to avoid confusion. I’d stay again for the value.

Really chill place. The rooms are pretty basic, but the balconies are nice, especially when friends are on the same side. It has that window scene from wonka feel.
