10/10
The rooms are spacious and have the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the hotel has a modern look with a welcoming feel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good. From Hotel Zenit Bilbao, it’s easy to get to the old town, museums, and shopping areas. It worked as a comfortable base for exploring Bilbao, whether for work or a holiday.

What stood out most was the help we got from the staff. After my luggage went missing on the way to Spain for more than 10 days, Noemi at the hotel reception helped me call Iberia and give their call centre more information. She also shared detailed ideas for what to see and where to go during our two days in Bilbao. We really appreciated her friendliness and professionalism, and I’d return because of that service. The Hotel Zenit Bilbao was a great choice, within walking distance of the Intermodal bus station. Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped.

10/10
The rooms and shared areas were extremely clean, and the staff were super friendly. That’s why I’d give it five stars. The breakfast selection, though, was very small, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre.

Those welcome chocolates were such a nice little touch. We had a great time here, the hotel felt modern and clean, and it had everything we needed. Gracias.

8/10
The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was clean, though on the small side. It’s an affordable choice about 15 minutes on foot from the centre, with transport close by. Sleep wasn’t great for us. Our window looked into a covered courtyard, so there was very little daylight, and we could see the neighborhood lights switching off and on all night. The walls are thin, too, so we heard people walking along the halls.
