Apartaments AR Europa Sun

The location of the apartments was great, but that's where the good experience ended. We found out on arrival that the keys had to be collected at another address, which meant going across town with our luggage. We wish we'd been told beforehand. Inside, there was a moldy smell, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom weren't clean. Ants were getting through the walls into the kitchen. We called the emergency number about our neighbours partying and making noise, which wasn't allowed, but nothing was done, even after three nights in a row. We left early to enjoy the rest of our holiday somewhere else. Then we had to return to reception to get our deposit, because it hadn't been handled properly the day before.
