The room and bed were comfortable, and the pool area looked great, but the room smelled really funky, kind of like vomit. Front desk service was hit or miss. Access to the pool is limited because they keep it locked. The terrace is comfortable and seems like it should draw a crowd, but it was always empty. I’d stay again, though I’d look at other places first.

We came for six nights in September, mainly because of the location, and ended up having a fantastic week. We felt cared for and safe, and would easily stay again. The staff were especially gracious with us as Americans who speak limited Spanish. It’s a very clean, safe hotel, and you can walk to shopping areas, beach restaurants, and the beach. There’s also free municipal parking within walking distance. The nightly entertainment was nice, as was the lounge/beachfront restaurant with entertainment each night. Breakfast buffet was included, which surprised us, and there was a great masseuse. The rooms are small, breakfast never changes, and the “king beds” are two twins pushed together. The pool is small, and both it and the hot tub were cold. The daily extra fee for the “spa” only lets you sign up to use the indoor pool and hot tub. I thought it included more, so I’d pay day by day as needed. Nothing major to complain about, and we really enjoyed the amazing beach location.

The cleaners were so kind and hardworking, and deserve a special mention for the great job they did. It’s a nice hotel with excellent service.

It’s a clean, new-feeling hotel right on the seafront, with the beach just across the road. The staff are very friendly, and there are different events and performances in the evenings. Food is served well, but breakfast is the same every day. Please add something new or switch up the menu, because eating the same dishes each morning gets tiring. Our room looked onto other windows, so from the balcony we saw other people’s balconies instead of the sea.
