It's a large villa in a nice spot, close to the town center and some lovely little beaches. The pool is enclosed for children, which seems like a good feature, though the lock is broken and kids can get straight in. A tension strap would help. We had a fantastic holiday, but a handful of things made it less comfortable. The house is very dated, including the bathrooms, and the hot water kept switching between hot and cold. The sliding door is broken, so the house can't be locked properly. There are loads of mosquitoes and no fly screens, so we got bitten. The lounge sofa has no cushions, apart from a few that seem to have been misplaced. All the outdoor folding chairs are broken, and the pool loungers have also broken because the plastic is old and porous. There's no high chair. In the kitchen, the power keeps going out near the cooktop and dishwasher. If the oven and kettle are on together, the electricity cuts out too.

The house was pleasant to stay in and looked much like the photos, though it seemed a little less fresh in person. We especially liked the barbecue area. The patio bench had no cushions, which we hadn't been told about before arriving. The water also kept changing from hot to cold, as some other reviews mention, but on holiday we didn't find that too serious. The downstairs bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable, so the guys ended up sleeping in the living room, which wasn't in the best condition either. We were told a housekeeper and gardener would come by, but the agency couldn't say which day or at what time, so it was hard to relax. The worst part was dealing with the agency. When we arrived, they surprised us by asking for a €150 deposit per person, even though we'd paid the full amount six months earlier. We'd called two days before arriving and were told that after online check-in, only the normal tourist tax remained. They asked for €600 in cash, then €600 by credit card. We refused because this hadn't been disclosed. Even so, the agency took two of our card numbers, although the cards were already on Airbnb. We were missing two pillowcases and three sheets. We phoned the next day to ask for them, but the agency refused, saying they'd given us the correct number. We ended up buying them ourselves. On the last day, we went in to ask for a complaint form, not for money but because of the poor welcome and lack of professionalism. Some of us work in the hotel industry in Europe. The agency manager began denying what had happened and spoke to us rudely. She said they'd told us to come to the office, even though I have the call recorded where they said they couldn't give us more sheets. One receptionist also confirmed our account was true. We said it wasn't right to demand a €1,200 deposit without warning. The manager said it wasn't her problem because we'd booked through Airbnb, and that they routinely do this to every group of young people. We're in our thirties. Despite all that, it's a pretty house, and we got along really well with the very kind neighbors. The agency's service was poor, including providing a shower gel bottle no bigger than a toe for seven nights and eight people.
There was lots of room inside and outside, and the house was quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of accessories. Some chairs and loungers need replacing, probably from normal wear and tear, though perhaps there just hasn't been time to do it.
