We had such a good time at my friend’s wedding here. The event was beautifully put together, and the venue itself felt almost unbelievable. I only stayed one night, but the hotel was just as lovely. My room was beautifully designed, dark and quiet, and the mattress and bedding made it really comfortable. After a busy wedding, that quiet made all the difference. The staff were exceptional and clearly went out of their way for guests. I’d happily recommend it for a getaway or an event.

The food was superb, and they even had a separate, delicious menu that made the children happy. Staff were lovely and paid close attention to allergies, providing replacement dishes for everyone affected.

The ceremony and banquet felt magical, and we had a really memorable day. We didn’t stay at Antiguo Convento, so I can only comment on the wedding itself. The venue was wonderful, and the lovely weather helped too. It is a long way from downtown Madrid if you’re staying at a central hotel.

The convent gave the patio a lot of character, and it was a quiet, warm, well-lit spot for our family lunch of more than 20 people. The waiters were attentive and made sure we worked our way through the snacks. The food was tasty and filling. The price was about what I expected, so four stars.

This place feels magical to me. My son got married here in 2013, and I was sadly back for a funeral. The church is beautiful, the surroundings are idyllic, and the hotel has a luxurious feel among the old relics. The resident priest is an old friend. I really can't say anything bad about it. Wonderful, magical, mystical.
