We chose this hotel because it allows pets, though there's a €10 charge. The room was clean and nice, with a large TV and handy bedside USB charging points. The shower was powerful, too, although its door wouldn't close properly. Other bathroom details were much less pleasant: the cracked glass sink drained painfully slowly, and the glass toilet door has wide gaps, so there's little privacy from sounds or smells. At night it also lets the light through and woke my partner when I got up. The air conditioning seemed ineffective, so the room was hot for sleeping. Opening the window might have cooled it down, but would have let bugs in. There was only a thin sheet on the bed, no duvet, and I slept badly overall. The basement parking was a struggle with our 4x4. Spaces are small, the layout is very tight, and the hotel also uses part of it for storage, even though there are quite a few spaces. The hotel is in an industrial area with little nearby. Breakfast costs €5 per person and the selection is limited, though the pastries were fresh. The breakfast area was very noisy, perhaps because it's tucked into a corner where sound echoes. There also seemed to be construction next door or upstairs. It's probably fine for a single night if you just need somewhere to stay, but honestly I wouldn't stay longer. We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel, and this one fit that need.

We spent more than three months here with my son and felt like part of the family at TH Boadilla. The family service was excellent, and the team got to know us and helped in ways that suited us. Fernando, Isa, Alejandra, Angel and Israel handled our stay very well. The cleaning staff were kind and worked around our schedules so they didn't interrupt our routines. Thanks to Gaby, Emy, Alison and all of them. Javier, the manager, was quick to respond, kind, and sharp about what could be improved. He keeps pushing TH Boadilla to get better every day. There are always things that need adjusting, but they are ready to sort them out. The location worked well for us, close to Ciudad Financiera and the metro ligero station in Boadilla del Monte. Schools and universities are about 5 to 20 minutes away by car. We didn't include breakfast, but there are plenty of options nearby, including two very close restaurants, one on either side. We usually got breakfast from the one on the left, and they can deliver to the hotel, which is handy when you're very busy. Underground parking can be tricky, but you can park on the street in front. TH provides water and towels whenever needed. Congratulations, TH Boadilla!

The staff were really friendly, and free parking was available. Breakfast was simple but very good. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed linens were clean and lovely. A very nice hotel with everything you need, even if there's nothing especially fancy.

The staff were very helpful and spoke English really well. The hotel is only a few minutes from the train station, with trains into central Madrid. Breakfast was included in the reasonable price and had a nice range of choices. We'd definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

The place shuts down early on Saturday and stays closed until Monday, so food options are limited. The area is industrial and there's not much else around. If you're picking up a motorcycle nearby, though, I'd recommend it.
