The hallway reeked of marijuana, and people kept slamming doors all night. The beds seemed ancient, with springs you had to avoid. My family, dog, and I stayed here while traveling across the country. When we arrived, the sink was clogged as soon as we tried to wash our hands, and water was leaking from behind it. They offered no fix and told us we had the shower water, but that was leaking too. We had to cover the floor with towels. Terrible, I don't recommend it.

For the price, everything was good, and the owner was pleasant and welcoming. We stayed two days, and the rooms were clean and tidy, with room service. The whole guesthouse was very clean and smelled nice, with no tobacco odor. The only issue was that we didn't know the room water wasn't drinkable.

It's basic, but at that price you can't expect more. A few small things could be better, like having a lamp on the bedside table.

We stopped here for one night on our way to Mérida. It's a simple guesthouse, but clean, and they let us bring our dog without any trouble, which was a plus. The room was a little small, though fine for a short stay. There was a strong tobacco smell in the stairwell and hallways, which wasn't comfortable. Still, given the price, it could be a decent option for an overnight stop.
