The hotel is beautiful and well located. I found breakfast rather limited for what it costs, and dinner could use more choices without ham.

We found the quiet, comfortable place we’d been hoping for, only two hours from Barcelona. The area is wonderful, and our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic too. There’s also a ski resort about 20 minutes from the hotel.

The chef was incredible, taking all our gluten-free and other unusual diet requests into account. The restaurant staff also made us feel appreciated and gave us great suggestions. Even the cleaning staff were among the nicest people we’ve met. Everyone, from the general manager to housekeeping, was kind and helpful, and you can see that in the way the place is run. They’d prepared our room for us and our dog, and from the moment we arrived, they greeted us by name and treated both of us so warmly. The whole stay felt magical. We spent a week at this beautiful, castle-like hotel. I don’t usually write reviews because hotels often feel much the same, but this one really stood out. We’ve stayed at other five-star hotels, and this was our best experience. I’m writing for anyone unsure whether it’s worth a visit. We’ll definitely come back.
