Apartamentos FV Flats Valencia - San Felipe Neri

We’ve been coming back to this spacious FV Flats apartment every year since 2014, except during the corona lockdowns. It’s in a typical Valencian neighborhood, with the local Marketplace right in front. Everything we need is there, and arrival and departure are easy. A very nice, helpful person is on hand to help us. We plan to return for many years.

We arrived late Friday and were welcomed nicely. The host had turned on the AC in the purple apartment, but after settling in for an hour we realized it wasn’t cooling at all. I contacted the host and was told it would be hard to get a maintenance person on Saturday. We’d already slept badly in the heat, with the thermostat at 30 degrees, so I asked for compensation. They offered €200 back, leaving and getting a full refund except for the first night, or waiting until Sunday at 4pm for a repair. We chose to wait, but on Sunday they said the maintenance person wasn’t answering. Finding another place was pretty much impossible, so we had no option besides the refund and staying in the sauna-like apartment. This is just my experience, and there were good and bad things I haven’t mentioned.

We had comfortable beds and found everything we needed in the apartment. It’s close to a supermarket and metro and bus links, with restaurants within walking distance. I’d recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the metro. Recommended.
