The apartments are excellent and very clean, with all the equipment you need and a really good bathroom. The location in Valencia is perfect, with good connections to the Old Town, beach, and City of Arts. Units 1-11 are quiet, while 12-15 may be a little noisy in the morning.

The apartments are beautifully decorated, but receptionist Preslava was the best part. She was professional and very helpful. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The location was okay and the staff were friendly, but the floor was really dirty. The couch had lots of stains, and the fridge wasn’t cooling.

Clean place, easy to get into, and cool.

I can’t understand how these hovels were approved as tourist apartments. They’re commercial units at street level, spread along a block, only two meters wide, with a glass door as their sole source of light and ventilation. That glass front is translucent in the daytime, not opaque, and at night, you know people can see everything. Not everything should be allowed. Whatever the interior looks like, it’s still a hovel, and apparently they don’t consider that worth mentioning when you book. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
