Vincci Mercat Hotel

The team were the highlight for me: consistently professional, accommodating, and attentive. The management clearly cared about guest comfort, and everyone helped create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, and the hotel has a distinctive character. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully arranged, and very comfortable, with high-quality cotton bed linen. Room service was adequate, though there may be more variety in dining options outside the hotel. Hotel Vincci Mercat is beautifully appointed and offers a high standard of comfort and service. I'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well organized, and the reception staff were great and very professional. I'll definitely come back.

After a bad experience with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else and got recommended this place at the last minute. I'm so glad I came. Ana was incredibly welcoming, reassured me that I was safe, and offered to help however she could. When I told the staff what had happened, they gave me a drink on the house, and the bar staff were lovely too. The room had great facilities and was stylish and super comfortable.

We really enjoyed the upgrade the staff offered for our 30th anniversary. Thank you, Theresa and Ana. We also made good use of the pool on the hot days. It's a lovely hotel, within easy walking distance of everything in the old city and close to the train station and metro. The staff were great.
