Vincci Palace Hotel

Our room was more than big enough, the interior was outstanding, and the cleanliness impeccable. The location of the Vincci Palace hotel is perfect, in the city center near galleries, El Corte Inglés, Colón metro station, Turia Park, and all the city's destinations. Valencia also has an excellent bus system. The city is clean, with magnificent healthy trees, and felt safe, with approachable and pleasant people.

The rooms are cleaned well each day, though they're smaller than standard, as the booking platforms clearly say. Breakfast was average, with a continental selection, and the quality wasn't as good as the amenities suggested. The room light controller is illogical; I'd prefer standard buttons for more flexibility. Still, it was a great stay, with modern furniture, cordial staff, and an excellent location in downtown Valencia. Thanks to the personnel!

The beds were large and really comfortable, the rooms very clean, and the lifts quick and good. Breakfast was good quality, though the choices were limited depending on what you like or can eat. Staff were helpful, and the location is excellent, just minutes from the cathedral. The rooms aren't the biggest, but they're adequate. You need to request a kettle. For the last few days, there was a sewage smell from the shower drain in the bathroom, though it wasn't horrendous.

We stayed here for a few nights and the place was affordable and clean, with great service. There's also a roof terrace for sunbathing, which is a real plus in a tourist city without a beach right nearby. On the day we left, the person checking us out was friendly and helpful, and asked if we needed anything else. I've added plenty of photos and videos showing the hotel's facilities.
