The room was nice and the service was friendly, which is why I'm giving two stars. But this place gets really loud. Students were crying on the floors and in the courtyard at 1 am and 4 am, and I barely had a night when I slept right through. Keep that in mind before booking. I wouldn't recommend booking through booking.com either, they don't seem to care about customers' needs.

Rooms are clean and practical, with space to study and rest. The food is good and well organized too. Seems like a solid option for students or people in town for school or an event.

I don't recommend staying here. I believe thefts happen during Easter and Fallas season, and I say be careful with your belongings all year. If something goes missing, you have seven months to ask for a claim form. Keep the green and white copies, the green one is for the customer and the white one for the consumer government. They say they'll investigate, but I feel the workers cover for each other. Some workers live there while working, and I believe they enter rooms with a master key when guests are out. Rooms 113, 115, 117, 119 and 121 have two beds, while 114, 116, 118 and 120 have one bed. I think the nearby rooms are especially vulnerable. The place is open 24 hours, and staff shifts include maintenance and cleaning from 6 to 14, reception from 8 to 15 and 15 to 23, then another shift from 23 to 7 moving through the corridors. If you're assigned to those rooms, keep everything safe, even food, since they cook there too. Don't use the corridor from 113 to 122. I believe they stay there throughout the year and take things when you're out.

Rooms are clean and the facilities are decent. The gym, though, was the worst I've ever set foot in.
