OttoH Charm Stay

The check-in instructions were clear, and the place was easy to find. It’s close to the train station and to everything you need in the central city. The room was nice and the shower was good. The only thing I didn’t love was that there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, so the options were to use the duvet or have no blanket. Besides that, it was a really good stay at a fair price.

After long days of sightseeing, the quiet room and comfortable bed were just right for resting. It was very clean, and we liked the room and location. Thanks for the experience!

The hotel is well placed for getting around, and it was quiet enough that they gave us a disabled guest room. It was large, with an enormous bed and an excellent bathroom with a very good shower. We found the best breakfast at Palau 11, a five-minute walk away. The service was great too. There’s a Nespresso machine in the room, though I had to go looking at reception for milk capsules. The homemade headboard could use some padding. Highly recommended.

The big downside was how noisy it was. Every morning we could hear other guests using the toilet and taking showers, which was unpleasant and kept it from getting five stars. The rest of our stay was great: the room was perfectly clean when we arrived, housekeeping came while we were out and never knocked or disturbed us, and the bed was very good. We loved the interior and the space in the room, and had no complaints about the service.
