The view of the river from the balcony was lovely, though the WiFi didn't work in our room, 109. The rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. It's a pretty basic hotel, but good value. It'd help if tea and coffee were provided in the room, and if breakfast started before 8:30 am for guests who need to set off early.

The restaurant food was delicious. We had breakfast and the set menu dinner, both excellent value for the food quality and portion sizes. The people were so lovely and kind, and the hotel views were amazing. Our beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure and warm water, and the decor is thoughtfully done for an older hotel. You can tell everything here is handled with love and care. After more than 10 months of travel, this is one of the best places we've stayed. Choose this hotel!

The staff were really lovely, and the hotel was clean. The furniture was very old, though, and the bathroom felt extremely dated. Taking a shower was a challenge: the shower holder didn't work, and the water temperature kept changing.

We loved everything about this place. The rooms were great and the treatment was wonderful. Breakfast and dinner included are both worth having, since they're great and the package price is amazing.

The supermarket across the street came in handy. The people were very nice, and the place was exactly what I expected.
