Monica was very helpful with the map and suggestions for places to visit, and the rest of the staff were friendly. The apartment was big, with a kitchenette, cutlery and fridge, and there's parking on site. It's an easy drive from the airport and a simple walk down to the village.

Mirriam was a superstar and took such good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble for her or the rest of the staff. We came looking for a relaxing break after the sad loss of our parents, and ElCerrito lapalma turned out to be a beautiful, peaceful place. The apartments were spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and each had a verander with amazing views. The pool was clean and inviting. The airport is only 4 km away, a taxi cost 8 euros. If you're thinking of going to Lapalma, you must book the ElCerrito. Best wishes to everyone there, and thank you, Mirriam and team. :) Kevin&Karen

The apartments are large and pleasant, with a nice pool and games room. Just be ready for the hill: you'll need to go down and back up for shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment and the beach. There's no shop on site and the only restaurant serves breakfast. If hills are fine with you, it's a very good place.

The apartments and bedrooms are big and spacious, and the beach and a few lovely restaurants are close by. It's also near the airport, though farther from the city. Room service every two days was diligent. The swimming pool is only accessible during the season.

A good size, clean and convenient, with a little kitchen and a handy location near the airport. It isn't five-star, but it's great for a family spending a week in La Palma.
